My take on Arctic Zeros ice cream. What is it? its ice cream...But its not. I don't really know how to explain this. Its fat free. lactose free. GMO free. Low glycemic. gluten free. protein and fiber. They are about $7-$8 online and about $5 at walmart i believe they also carry them at wholefoods. So far I have only tried 3 flavors. Cookie Shake 35 calories per serving (1/2 cup) or 150 for the entire pint. thats right... THE ENTIRE PINT. Salted Caramel AND Chocolate Peanut Butter To the point here is what I personally think of the 3 that i have tried. they taste pretty good. EXCEPT for chocolate peanut butter. I threw that out right after the first taste. I don't remember what it taste like and truthfully I don't want to remember.
