I started my weight loss journey back in August of 2012. My starting weight was at around 220 lbs. I was wearing a size 15/17 jean size. My life revolved around food. especially fast food. 2 weeks ago I decided I wanted to start working out in the mornings and since I am very very lazy and i am literally dragging until mid afternoon sometimes I decided I wanted to try a pre-workout drink.
