Arctic Zero Frozen Desserts "ice cream" Review


My take on Arctic Zeros ice cream.

What is it?

its ice cream...But its not. I don't really know how to explain this. Its fat free. lactose free. GMO free. Low glycemic. gluten free. protein and fiber.

They are about $7-$8 online and about $5 at walmart i believe they also carry them at wholefoods.


So far I have only tried 3 flavors.

Cookie Shake 35 calories per serving (1/2 cup) or 150 for the entire pint. thats right... THE ENTIRE PINT.

Salted Caramel 

AND 
Chocolate Peanut Butter

To the point here is what I personally think of the 3 that i have tried. they taste pretty good. EXCEPT for chocolate peanut butter. I threw that out right after the first taste. I don't remember what it taste like and truthfully I don't want to remember.

Both Salted Caramel and Cookie Shake tasted really good. if you've had protein bars/shakes in the past then this will be similar in taste minus the chalky taste of some protein bars if you've never tried protein anything then its a taste that will require you to build up to it however they are sweet and tasty so that shouldn't be hard to do.

Both of those flavors reminded me of low fat syrup free frappes from Starbucks. in fact both of these had a very similar taste. and after looking at the ingredients i noticed they had sea salt as an ingredient so that could've been it. I noticed a very slight difference in the flavors.

I first saw this product at Walmart about a year ago, this is when I first tried the peanut butter one, at the time they only had about 2 flavors in store so I chose that one. big mistake. It scared me to try the other flavor so I didn't up until yesterday. While at Walmart again I saw that they had new flavors out which tempted me to try it again. There was another that caught my eye but it has more calories than the 150 per pint i believe about 300 or 350 per pint. which still isn't that bad. but truthfully id rather indulge in an entire pint of 150 calories and not feel guilty about it. I love ice cream that much!

this is literally the perfect diet ice cream, or healthy lifestyle ice cream. PERFECT for post break up binges (i dont endorse binge eating after a break up) perfect for those sweet tooth cravings AND perfect for that time of the month cravings which i always get no matter what.

I definitely recommend it.

Going to start taking Jadera Diet Pills AGAIN =)

I feel that I need to update my blog with a more in depth post about my weight loss. I also would like to make a post with F.A.Qs regarding Jadera and my weight loss. Although most of everything I want to post is already posted here on this blog. somewhere... But moving on... This post is about whats been going on lately.
